Once allocated a geographical area, an ISKCON temple may proceed to develop ISKCON’s activities throughout that area, which development may include establishing temporary outposts where ISKCON functions are conducted directly under the supervision and control of the branch.

Also, through ISKCON’s development work in the area, local residents may be inspired to join together for purposes similar to and favorable for the purposes of ISKCON. Such an outpost may be referred to internally as a “Nama Hatta Centre” or by other names as deemed appropriate.

However, groups not directly under the management and control of Bureau-authorized branches, Zonal Secretaries or Regional Secretaries shall not publicly refer to themselves using the trademarks of ISKCON without an appropriate license issued by the Bureau.
